   Great service when I crashed my car and had no idea where to begin with getting it fixed. Jordan was incredible at explaining the process and dealing with all my questions. She was friendly, knowledgeable and kept in contact with me and my insurer the whole way through the repair process, which was dealt with very quickly. I highly recommend her and FCW to anyone. 5 star service!

   I recently had bodywork repairs carried out by FCW Twickenham following some damage to my car, and the whole experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment the car was collected, the team kept me fully informed with regular updates so I always knew what stage the work was at. The communication was excellent and really gave me confidence in the process. When I collected my car, I was amazed — the repairs were flawless, and the car was genuinely as good as new. To my surprise, it had also been valeted inside and out, which was such a thoughtful touch and made it feel like I was driving a brand-new vehicle again. The service centre itself is immaculate, well-organised and welcoming. Every member of staff I dealt with was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. I cannot recommend FCW Twickenham highly enough — exceptional workmanship, brilliant customer service and true attention to detail.

   I cannot find a better service and experience than the one I had with FCW. Great communication with customer upfront of dropping the car to ensure smooth process (fully factor the precious time of their customer). At the drop off, all the personnel is friendly and really kind, facilities are really welcoming. Repair was done in 2 days in a very high professional matter. highly recommend FCW Twickenham.

   My insurance company instructed FCW at Twickenham to repair my VW Golf after it was hit while parked. They contacted me within an hour of reporting my claim and the car was collected early the next morning. My MOT was due within a few days and I asked if there was a possibility that my car would be repaired by then. FCW kept me informed throughout with regular updates and the work was completed by the date it was needed. The standard of repair is very good and the staff were extremely professional. I would certainly recommend FCW Twickenham.

   I recently had my front bumber rapaired by FCW Twickenham. My car had been hit whilst it was stationary and parked. I spoke to my insurer and they recommended FCW Twickenham, as they fully guaranteed to repair my car with all the official Audi branded parts, which would also protect warranty as well. I can definitely say that they went above and boyond to repair my car. A special thanks goes to Carl and Paul, who carried out the repairs. Thier work is truly amazing.    FCW repaired my car after some damaged was caused to it and repaired the paintwork that had scratches/scuffs on it. They were very professional and kept me updated throughout the time they had the car. When I collected the car it was like brand new and impeccably clean.
