   Totally ripped off in this place charged me £170 just for oil and filter for my Mercedes 2.1diesel been told the part where expensive!!what part just a 5L oil and 1 filter??? while I checked the exact oil price for £40 so they have charged me £170 plus very unprofessional peoples Please avoid service your car in this place to not ripped off like they did to me

   Took my car for MOT & service on 02.10.2023, booked an appointment in advance and was told that the cost will be £180 for service and £60 for MOT. When arrived for my appointment at 10:20am there wasn’t a problem, left my car and was told to expect the job done by late afternoon. Then about 2pm received a call from them saying that the car is ready and the total price will be £265, then I said to them you told me previously £240, after that they said ok £240 then ok. When I came to collect the car, I gave them cash and they provided me with the receipt, looked like the total cost of everything was just £216, but they didn’t offer to give me change. Also although they said and provided the invoice with the list of jobs that were carried out for the maintenance service, I’m now thinking to myself “Did they actually do anything to my car”? I was recommended this garage by a colleague at work as a very honest and trustworthy, but after this dodgy business of being told one price and then quitting a different price and then seeing a completely different figure on the invoice I doubt it they are honest and trustworthy. Also they recorded wrong mileage (2000 miles less) on MOT certificate. Also they didn’t seem very friendly, looked like they wanted to get your cash asap and get rid of you. Also a few days after the service I checked the engine oil level and was shocked that they overfilled it, when I brought the car back for the excessive oil to be drained they said it wasn’t them who overfilled it. Absolutely irresponsible business, avoid it! I won’t be going there again.

   Really good service, very good people. I've been going to this place since 2011 and they have always taken really good care of my car. Their prices are very reasonable and they always advise very honestly, never over charge, qucik service, very polite and great customer service. Really good for MOT as well, I always go to them. I'll highly recommend them, especially Hiten and Neel who own this place are really nice guys.

   Absolutely disgraceful service!!!!! The place is run by "junkies" No consideration for people's time at all, had an appt booked. Got there an 1 hour early, was told to come back , and then ....... they started working on someone else's car!!!! What was the dam point of booking an appt ??? NO IDEA HOW TO TREAT THERE CISTOMERS TOTAL WASTE OF TIME !!!!!!
