   I went in because I had a puncture. Tyre beyond repair. There was a wonderful young lady, Leah, who sorted this out immediately for me. She was polite, helpful knowledgeable and friendly. A great asset to this branch. Appreciation is sometimes overlooked, so having received great customer service, I thought it only right to document it here. In fact, all of the staff that I encountered, were friendly polite and efficient.

   Leah was such a joy to deal with from start to finish. Leah was accomodating and exceptionally customer focussed throughout. Greeted us with a friendly welcome and smile, after already accomodating us with an early fitting date (two days earlier, thankfully!) and time than was available for booking online, Thank you for providing such great customer service Leah. Yourself and the team are such a credit the Kwik Fit, grateful for each of you!

   Kwik fit Hounslow are brilliant. I often go there to get my tyres checked as I use the motorway a lot. Today I had a low pressure sign with a possible puncture. Thank fully it was not a puncture just low pressure. However, when I got to Kwick fit in Hounslow the gentlemen told me not to worry and even though they were fully booked agreed to attend to my car. Excellent professional and very friendly service - well done more so glad your there.

   Mary at Kwik Fit Hounslow is so helpful, informative and a life saver who not only managed to book me in last minute for a full servicing but also very patiently educated me on the things the car needed doing. I am so pleased I chose Hounslow branch as the staff are so welcoming, honest and very helpful. This is now my only place for any car fixes! Thank you to the team, more importantly Mary for looking after me! 100% recommend them and couldn’t fault the service as it was top notch!
