Caught my wife's door mirror on our front wall while reversing. Went to another bodyshop and quoted Ā£460 for a new door mirror no other option given. Tried ft smartfix for first time and told he could change the mirror but as the damage was minor he could quickly just touch it up before my wife got home. 10 minutes later it's not so noticeable. Not a complete repair but just made it look better and the best thing is when I asked how much, I was told don't worry about it. Gave the guy Ā£20 for being a gentleman and genuine. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
I think the best way to say Thank you is to appreciate the work/ services given by someone. I was looking for a reliable person to sort out my car and these guys did a great job, specially sameer looked after my car, removed the dents and painted it so perfectly at a reasonable price. They promised to return the car in a day and they did. I left the car in a clean and tidy condition and they returned the car in the same way. I was recommended by a friend to get a quote for my car. I went there and saw Faisal, he was very polite, I only went there to respray my rear bumper I liked what I saw with the work being done on the other cars. I ended up with having both quarters being painted due to rust in places. They had the car for 2 days, I was very happy with the work. The cost was reasonable
