   Worst laser place in Birmingham. Cancelled 3 appointments one after the other. Twice on the same day and once a day before. Never answer the phone and no one at the desk when u go there. DO NOT VISIT save yourself from the stress.

   Turned up to my laser appointment at 9:30am only to be informed that the staff member was off sick and they wouldn’t be able to fit me in that day. I received a very half hearted apology from a bored looking staff member and no offer of discount to apologise for their mistake. I asked why they couldn’t have called me prior to my appointment to tell me that my appointment was cancelled and they said they only just found out the staff member was unwell, when the shift is about to start? I understand these things happen, but as a fellow clinic owner I would be so apologetic, offer to get them in the same day and offer some of discount. I was just told to rebook and come another day. Not happy.

   The worst laser clinic experience I’ve ever had – avoid at all costs! I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this clinic. I tried to explain to them from the very beginning that I had already completed 8 laser sessions abroad, and that my hair is already very fine. I specifically asked for higher intensity because fine hair requires stronger energy for effective results. They completely ignored that and never informed me beforehand that they would be starting with the lowest possible setting – which ended up being a complete waste of time and money. After 14 days, I noticed that none of the treated hair had fallen out. I reached out to explain the situation and requested a free follow-up session, as it was clear that the treatment hadn’t worked. At first, they scheduled two appointments – one for a patch test and another for the full session. But when I arrived for the patch test, they suddenly told me they would not be offering a free session after all. I was shocked and extremely frustrated – I paid for a service that clearly didn’t work, and they offered no real solution. The woman who did my laser session (I believe she’s from Romania) outright lied to both me and my boyfriend – who was present during the appointment – saying that the hair would definitely fall out and that results were guaranteed. That was completely false. Not only did the hair remain exactly the same, but her attitude was cold, dismissive, and rude throughout the entire process. She didn’t make eye contact, didn’t acknowledge me properly at reception, and did the session in a very careless way – missing spots and rushing through the treatment. All this over one free session that they refused to give me after their mistake. That says everything. They’ve definitely lost me as a client – and anyone who values their time and money should think twice before trusting this clinic. I genuinely tried to resolve the issue with them and have a normal conversation, but they simply didn’t care. After all the time and effort I’ve put into laser hair removal abroad, it’s heartbreaking to now be shaving again due to their poor treatment and lack of professionalism. I’m deeply disappointed.

   I had a laser treatment with Sadia today, and she was absolutely amazing! She made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. She was very professional, friendly, and thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, from what to expect during the treatment to all the aftercare steps I needed to follow. I really appreciated how well-informed and attentive she was. Highly recommend her if you're considering laser.

   I’ve had 7 sessions out of my bulk 10 that I got on a great offer and so far I cannot recommend this place enough! Not only are the staff fully professional and friendly, but the treatment itself has worked wonders and completely erased the problems I was facing before. The sessions are extremely quick (usually 10 minutes and i’m out the door for 2 areas) and they are usually very flexible with bookings. Love the staff and place!

   The best Laser Clinic! I’ve just had my 4th session out of 8 and the results are insane. The hair has visibly reduced by 60% and I am extremely happy with the results. The girls here are so lovely and Faye is excellent, she really makes me feel calm and relaxed during the whole process and the pain is bearable, a 6 out of 10. Highly recommend this clinic!

   Isabelle is amazing! She is so lovely and so friendly, she explains everything so well and always makes sure I am comfortable, she makes the treatments so relaxing and puts me at ease knowing I am in safe hands. The clinic staff are all really friendly and professional, the clinic is very clean, the laser machine is amazing. Thank you and I would highly recommend this clinic and have advised everyone I know to go here :)
