   Great, knowledgeable BMW garage with excellent customer service at a very reasonable cost. Needed new valve stem seals on my E46 and a replacement valvetronic motor, the gents at BMS were able to sort both, as well as rectifying a coolant leak, all in a day. Lovely to work with and happy to talk you through the job. Highly recommend.

   Really impressed with these guys! I had a strange vibration in my F56 Cooper S and decided to go direct to BMS based on their reviews and them being BMW and Mini specialists. I wasn't disappointed, within a few hours of dropping off, the issue was diagnosed, parts and labour quoted and completed! Impressed at the speed and very good communication. I've previously worked in the motor trade for several years and I have to say it's a joy to see a garage run so well. I will certainly be back in the future!

   Fantastic service as always from Kevin and Lee. They are always very friendly and professional. They kindly squeezed me in on short notice to sort out a leak in my air suspension system ahead of a planned trip to France. They had all parts in stock and were able to fix the car on the day as well as servicing the car and performing an MOT. Thank you very much, see you next time.

   Great service to fit a new air intake manifold and to walnut blast the head of my X1 1.8d. Kevin and Lee were really informative and the work undertaken at a good costing, to high standard. Usefully they showed me the old manifold unit that clearly highlighted the heavy carbon deposit and failed swell flaps. Recommended and will now return to have my car serviced there.

   I was in recent contact with BMS regarding a timing chain replacement and further diagnostics for my BMW 520D F10. I was experiencing unusual vibrations and a significant chain rattle. These issues were initially identified from another garage who offered a high quote of repair. I found BMS via a google search and based on their reviews, I decided to enquire about the repair based on the information I was already given. I was in contact with Angela who certainly went out their way to answer all my concerns. After some further searches, I decided to book my car with BMS and was told of a future date well in advance. Despite this, I was super pleased with their quality of work and friendly approach. BMS had replaced the timing chain and identified the excessive vibration to be caused from loose induction pipes. This was all included in the quote for a chain replacement. I would certainly recommend their services further.

   Just picked up my 16year old BMW 320i M sport touring. The past 6 months the occasional plume of blue smoke from exhaust. From BMW forums it sounded like Valve stem seals or Crank case breather valve. Searched for a reliable garage snd found BMS. Booked car in could be a big job so earliest date 3 weeks time. OK with me. Dropped car off early morning spoke with Lee (one of the bosses)does sound like seals. Received a call later that day was told it is the valve stem seals and quoted a price. Which to me sounded a very good price. Picked up car a couple of days later was told by Lee all went well car is now running fine, showed me old stem seals, some bolts missing from previous repair(a BMW dealership)they replaced for me. The final payment was £50 less than the quote. Drove the car home on M25. PERFECT. Thank you to Angela on reception, Lee and the team. You will see me again. Hopefully not to soon.

   Honest, reliable, friendly and absolutely brilliant! Finally a mechanic you can trust to look after your BMW and I only wished I had found them earlier. After being quoted well over £3500 to repair a transfer box issue at a BMW main dealer and being treated to awful customer service there to boot, I had finally given up with main dealers. A quick search online and seeing such stellar reviews, I decided to give BMS a try and thank god I did. They booked the car in for an assessment, diagnosed the problem and suggested rather than change the whole unit they would try an oil change and reprogramming the unit instead. £117 pounds later, the problem was completely fixed, saving me thousands. I can't thank them enough. Brilliant mechanics with brilliant customer service. Don't search elsewhere, they are the best.
