   I had an inccident and had scraped my iX3's front bumper and wheel arch, but there were no sensors damage / warning. I thought about going private and had an independent garage which I was told its a paint job. Since the cost to repair the other car invoved in the accident is too expensive, I had to go through Aviva and this is where Solus came in. Initially I was told by Solus the front bumper needs to be replaced which surprised me but the part is available and the car would be ready within a week. This soon became 2 weeks, which at that point I requested them to put the old bumper back to allow us to use the car for staycation. The garage said they could do this but I won't have the airbags or any other safety features, I mean 1) how can they be this unprofessional and offered this as an option, and 2) I genuinely question how they cannot re-connect the airbags / safety system. With that out of question, we had to drive 2 cars on staycation and was then bombarded with constant bad news that the part remained unavailable and the repair was pushed back. Before I knew it, it's 9 weeks since I hand over the car. I got Aviva involved but they can't care less either. For good measure, the courtesy car's turbo went (without warning lights) on my way to pick up my car, literally limping to their garage on dual carriageways which was very unpleasant. No apology was given at any stage, just the standard corporate response of the part is not available and none of this was their fault. I would have given them a solitary star based on this experience alone, but we did have them as the repairer a few years back and that was a reasonable experience.

   Had my car repaired at Solus Leatherhead—It got picked up on Feb 6th and returned it back by the 12th. The repairs are a solid 10/10, I’m really happy with the results! Huge shoutout to Felicity—every call from her was a delight with her joyful, positive tone. She kept me updated and made the whole process stress-free. Fantastic service all around. Highly recommend!

   These guys are fantastic. Super professional and top class work. I had a query after they had fixed my car and they took the car back, gave me temp hire car and sorted it out. All communication was pleasant and professional. Well done guys. I am impressed and would like to recommend Solus to anyone interested.

   My car gone in this repair centre for body repair from aviva insurance. After 2 months i found out that bonnet were never repaired and the manager told me on the phone, they missed it. Took my car again for repair and damaged my alloy wheel while car was in their custody and denied the liability. Worse repair centre. Customer service Manager "Iain Jenkinson" is most welcome to receive negative reviews because they don’t really care and told me to ask my insurance company to repair my alloy wheel.

   Great service from the team at Leatherhead repairing my vehicle. I was well informed throughout the repair via emails and phone. I was communicating with Mick Sarjant and he made to feel at ease from the get go and I felt very confident that my repair was in good hands and rightly so. Although my repair was a small one compared to others they probably receive, the work was thorough and the car was spotless on collection. I can't praise the service highly enough, thank you all very much.
