Bill and his great team did an amazing job rebuilding and fitting a 3 synchro overdrive gearbox into my 1967 mgb gt. i could not be more happy!!!
I highly recommend Hardy Engineering. Bill took the time to test drive my W123 and correctly diagnosed a problematic driveshaft. On a return visit Neil fitted a refurbished replacement unit. The team at Hardy are experts and their costs very reasonable.
Many thanks to Bill, Neil and the rest of the team who brought my Scimitar GTE back to life repairing the various issues with my gearbox, overdrive and clutch which now shifts beautifully transforming the car. Took my 1972 3.0 GT MK1 Ford Capri in with a noisy differential. Bill diagnosed worn carrier bearings which were replaced along with new half shaft bearings. I was kept informed re progress and collected the car several days later. Huge improvement although with a 53 year old car some noises are inevitable. After collecting the Capri I had new tyres fitted as the old ones were around 20 years old and although they still looked great the tread blocks had gone hard. With the combination of differential work and new tyres it’s now a lot more pleasant to drive. Thank you Hardy Engineering.
