   I’ve been coming to Turner Automotive for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Barrie is a pleasure to deal with, he’s excellent at what he does and incredibly efficient, and his team are brilliant too. They always look after you. It’s such a relief to have someone you can really trust, especially when it comes to your car, as it can feel like a minefield sometimes!

   Barrie squeezed me in for an MOT at the last minute this week as I'm useless and I am very grateful. They are just the nicest bunch of guys, take care of the car and some how you just know you're not going be ripped off. They make you feel at ease and that nothing is going to be too much trouble for them. Thank you for finding time for me - and as a side note this is the cleanest garage I have ever been in to in my life!

   I bought my BMW a few years ago and was introduced to Turner Automotive by a friend for servicing. They have always been excellent. The garage is clean and well-organised, and the staff are always welcoming. Recently my car had a coolant issue. As always, they were very professional in repairing it. They explained everything clearly so I could understand, and the team is very friendly and helpful. I am really grateful to them. If you are a BMW owner, you should definitely bring your car to Turner Automotive – you won’t regret having this team look after your car.

   I have been meaning to write a review for sometime. This is the most amazing garage. Barry, Simon, Dan and Sean are the most helpful people. They have helped me with my old VW for the last few years from servicing and MOT to emergency repairs and helping prepare the car for my sons upcoming driving test. They are very clear on their pricing and will always try and help with costs. They let you know what work needs doing berfore they do it and their advice is always valuable. You can tell they genuinely enjoy their work and care about their customers. There are not many businesses that this can be said it about these days. So lucky to have you on our doorstep!    I took my MINI in recently to Turner Automotive for a service & MOT. It was my first visit and I have to say it was an absolute pleasure. Barry was great, really friendly and helpful and put me at ease immediately. He explained what they would do to the car and roughly how long it would take. It was one of those situations where you feel totally confident and that the garage want to look after your car as you would yourself. As promised my car was ready on time and to top it all the invoice was a pleasant surprise. Barry and his team definitely deserve their great reputation.

   I recently had a very good experience using Turner Automotive to help me diagnose and fix an issue with my BMW X3. Barry was able to figure out what the issue was very quickly (it was the transfer case) and helped me sort out the claim with my warranty provider. The car is now fixed and running perfectly.    On selecting reverse gear on my BMW, the nearside mirror dipped as expected but was then stuck in that position. I turned up at Turner's in the afternoon and was told to speak to "the boss" who offered to have a quick look to see if it was something that could be fixed easily. He started the car, moved it a short distance and announced that the mirror was now working correctly! Absolutely brilliant and thoroughly recommended.

   I've been visiting Barrie and Turner Automotive for 5 years +, I've an old Beamer and Smart Car, and can't recommend these guys enough. Honest and dependable, I really wouldn't go anywhere else. A decent garage you can rely on is hard to find, give them a try.
