   I contacted this business to book my motorcycle in for a tyre change. When I told them I had a CFMoto 450MT, they informed me that they don’t work with CFMoto bikes. When I asked why, I was told they prefer to deal with brands like Suzuki and Yamaha and don't want to work with Chinese brands. While it's completely within their right to choose which bikes they service, I found it disappointing—especially given that the 450MT is considered one of the leaders in its class by many experts. As a local business, I would have liked to support them, but unfortunately, I wasn’t given the opportunity.

   I’ve used Crown Garages for many years and have found them at all times to be friendly, efficient and importantly very capable. I recently had what I thought was a catastrophic gearbox failure on a 20 year old Mercedes. Barry was able to diagnose the problem which turned out to be an electronic component failure. This was replaced efficiently and at a lower cost than I expected. I think if it wasn’t for the relationship I have with Crown Garages I would probably have to get rid of my lovely old Mercedes.    Have had my Bikes MOTd here for the last 3 years and service is always excellent. They fit me in at short notice and when they've found issues that would cause the bikes to fail the MOT they've fixed them for me just charging for parts in the process (rare these days). Could not reccomend enough!

   I’ve been taking my motorcycle to Barry and Dean for a few years now. I don’t have a single criticism. The company are trustworthy, efficient, flexible in that they do their very best to accommodate you at your convenience, they are extremely knowledgeable, and their workmanship is top notch; and all this provided at extremely fair rates. With any motor vehicle, and particularly a motorcycle, you could be putting your life in the mechanic’s hands - I trust these guys implicitly! As long as I remain in the area, I wouldn’t even think about using another firm. Steve.

   Found Crown Garages by way of recommendation on Next Door when I needed to get my MOT done in the midst of COVID restrictions, and used them again for a battery issue and most recently the first annual service since buying my car second hand. What a gem this place is. Local, so saves me £30 in Uber fees back and forth to a dealership that never picks up the phone or calls you back for any service booking requests - and fantastic service from Barry and Dean. Barry talked me through the next service due and suggested getting that and the MOT sorted at the same time. Highly recommend and will be using them from now on.

   Excellent location, very easy to get to and set up in a good space. These guys fitted me in about an hour after I called them, for a spot half hour before they closed on a Thursday afternoon which was a really nice touch! Excellent service, great price (visit their website for a little treat) and friendly treatment. Will definitely take my bikes back there for MOTs and possibly even services!
