   Fantastic, honest and reliable. Originally took my Black Edition Fiesta in because i thought the gearbox was making noise. Left it with Sanj who called me within 30 minutes explaining its fine and he drove the car and all is good. Didn’t even charge me anything, advised due to the mileage on my car to consider getting my wet belt replaced. So i booked it in, on the day of pick up Sanj called me explaining the work was finished, but my tyre censors were playing up ( which i knew about ) said he had parts and could do before I collected. I arrived at 3pm for collection and to pay, everything explained clearly, all documents explained. And, my car was even given a quick clean inside and out!!! When have you ever taken a car to a garage for work and they clean the car up? The answer is never, amazing place to take your car. Sanj is an absolute top bloke, will be using these guys from now on for all my car needs.

   I was due to leave for a trip away in my van when I noticed a big electrical issue with none of my dashboard lights/indicators etc working. We luckily spoke to Chris at Jackson’s Reading over the phone on the Saturday, who tried to help us fix it ourselves and guided us through the potential issue. However, we ended up going to Jackson’s Teddington on the Monday to get it fixed properly and Sanj was incredibly helpful taking a look at the van when they were already fully booked. It wasn’t guaranteed he could do anything that day but thankfully he did and we were still able to go on our trip. Can’t thank him enough for being so accommodating and understanding to sort us out in an emergency!

   A few weeks ago, I visited for the fourth time to have my Fiesta ST Mk 8.5 serviced and its first MOT. (The previous three visits were with my Fiesta ST Mk 8.0). The whole experience from reception to handover of my car was excellent. Everything was explained in advance, work needed, cost etc. The attention to detail regarding my car was exceptional - they really care about your car and communication throughout the process was most welcome. The quality of the work was first class. Great mechanics/technicians. Thoroughly recommended.

   Decided to try this independent over a main dealer to service a Ford car. Really helpful on the phone and the same can be said for when I attended. I had a major service done, fairly priced and all done in about 3 hours, including a wash and vac. I wasn’t expecting this from an independent (albeit affiliated to Ford), as many do not wash etc after service. The car was collected like it had been valeted. It smelt great inside (I’d like to know what they used)…. Really good job Jackson’s - good old fashioned service, delivered in a contemporary way.

   Great service from Jackson’s, I must admit I was late to my appointment and being a typical customer I asked last minute to add an MOT, they accommodated me and reassured me they will finish all the work within the day and time they said they will, this is very important in the world we live in now, always do what you say you will do.
