I attended this Primary Care Centre for a regular appointment, which had previously been held at Aston and Handsworth. I was impressed. Very friendly reception staff were welcoming and efficient. The waiting area is very large. It is ironic that it has turned out to be my only visit because I was, unexpectedly, discharged from the clinic.
Have always found the doctors to be polite thorough and informative.
I have never had a bad experience yet at this Surgery.after my last surgery this is heaven.the staff have been lovely to myself and my family.Doctors was so good with my poor mum who I have now lossed with Dementia. Very understanding.and also done there up most to support me when things got tuff.so thank you from front reception to doctors.much appreciated
So far I’ve had an amazing experience switching from previous gp to this place. The difference in how they treat you and their modern way of contacting a gp is a miracle. I love this new gp
Brilliant doctors staff are very helpful
Go there to get my son who now 21 months weighted, receptionist and health visitors are very friendly and helpful. They have a doctors here and physio and so on.
