Outstanding service. Spoke to them about some damage caused to my sons parked car by another driver. Brought it in the next day and within 24h the car was all fixed. They even repaired the loose sideskirt clips. No hidden costs. Will be using them again soon for some cosmetic work on my own car.
Needed timing chaining replaced, Auto Plaza were very quick in diagnostic, getting parts and doing the job. No messing around, fantastic job, picked up a few days later and could instantly tell the difference. Highly recommend.
Great service, reasonable, high quality and even washed my car. I was struggling to find someone to repair some minor cosmetic damage to my front Bumper, auto plaza were happy to help and fixed it within 2 hours. As good as new. I’d recommend these guys rather than chips away etc.
After taking my Land Rover Discovery to other garages with the same problem I visited Auto Plaza Ltd and spoke with Rob and explained the situation, he fully understood and was very knowledgeable, he asked me to leave the car with him, he kept me updated with the progress of the car and on the third day informed me that the car was ready, I went to collect my car and the problem was fully rectified. I had my car fully resprayed back in 2018 and must admit that this guys have pulled a decent job taking care of every little detail including full strip out of all panels and windcreens etc. Safe to say it has had been around 5 years ago and bodywork still looks amazing. Green Audi A5
I used AutoPlaza to replace pads and discs all round on Hyundai i10 2016, Rob and the team were great. They gave the car a good check over and found that the fan belt needed replacing. This was replaced very promptly and the agreed time frames of the original work were adhered to, even with the additional work. They also worked very patiently with me to arrange collection of the vehicle the next day at a time that suited me. I'd highly recommend AutoPlaza.
When the clutch broke on my nearly 40 year old Citroen Dyane I had to call out the emergency services to rescue me. Autoplaza was one of the places I was recommended to contact to take the car in. Robert willingly agreed, identified the part needed, found it was not available in UK but instead identified a source in Italy. He organised to have the part couriered over and had to store the car until it was repaired. The price was very fair and reasonable. A very efficient and professional service throughout. I would use this service in the future.
Great service! I had a quote for rear pads replacement for Hyundai i30. I was billed exactly the same price as I was quoted for a high quality part. They did the job really quick and were very friendly and professional. I would use the service again in the future.
I have just had my car repaired at Auto Plaza by Rob and his team. I have to say that they are very good mechanics and body repairers. Rob is very knowledgeable and whilst my car was being worked on, was good at updating me on the progress.
