   JJ Autos helped me out when most other garages couldn't help. They even organised towing my car from another garage to do the repairs. The lead mechanic Jay is incredibly experienced and knowledgable, and the other mechanics were also able to advise and reassure me on the phone. I felt very much in trusted hands, and they were cost effective. Highly recommend

   I had my euro car parts fit me in service booked for my B class. My Break discs-pads, Oil and Filter Parts were sent from Euro car parts to them directly and they confirmed time slot upon booking confirmation. Upon arriving at the location, it's slightly tight due to industrial location however, everything was completed in an hour. Brilliant Service! Will definitely going again! Jay Uncle is really helpful and all the staff is very transparent when it comes to parts and fitting them correctly. Full 5 starts from me!

   This garage has been responsible for severe damage to a parked car. Work carried out by them, to repair the damage THEY had caused to the parked car was unacceptable but they refuse to carry out any further repairs. They are responsible and should make do the damage to the car.

   Unbelievable! Called at opening time 8am that morning, was told to come to the garage at 9 as it wasn’t open yet. Needed a Mot and the offside wing and headlight also changed as they were damaged and wouldn’t pass the mot, I already brought the parts with me. The quoted cost was expensive but as I was told it could be all done the same day I didn’t mind. Received a call a couple hours later that the wing would also be changed as there was no point in charging me twice, once to change the headlight and again for the wing. Common sense would be to both as the bumper is already off. Went to collect the car as specified and was told that an extra cost had been added for the wing. Also that the car had failed the mot due to the damaged headlight, but had later passed when he fitted the parts. Common sense would be to fit the parts first and not intentionally fail the mot, rather then to later redo it and have the car pass.
