   Mercedes Vito 9G tronic. After having an oil service done at a different garage, I started to feel that something wasn’t quite right. I knew the gearbox needed to be checked by someone with real knowledge, so I took my car to Auto Trans. I’m so glad I did. Auto trans quickly discovered that the gearbox oil was 2 litres below the minimum level—something the previous garage completely missed. He explained everything clearly, showed me the issue, and sorted it with true professionalism. Thank you to Radek and the team at Auto Trans.    I had the clutch and flywheel replaced on my Audi here and was very pleased with the service. Despite some reviews mentioning that the owner can be rude, my experience was completely different. I found him to be friendly, polite, and professional. I spoke with Radoslaw over the phone beforehand as I wanted a specialist to look after the job, and his knowledge of Audi gearboxes and clutches was very reassuring. The quote I received was reasonable, and to my surprise, the work was completed within a few hours. Other garages told me I’d have to leave the car for days, so this saved me both time and money. The work was carried out to a high standard, and I’m fully satisfied with the result. I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone with automatic transmission issues.

   Radoslaw, the garage owner, was a true lifesaver with my gearbox issue. Even though I saw some negative Google reviews, I decided to contact him based on a friend’s recommendation — and I’m really glad I did. My car had ongoing problems caused by a previous mechanic, but luckily Radoslaw took on the challenge. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. He fixed the issue the next day — something the last mechanic couldn’t do in weeks. Honestly, five stars aren’t enough. It’s rare to meet someone so honest, skilled, and kind in this industry.    Friendly employees but extremely unfriendly boss after a friendly enquiry for a repair quote. I was put off immediately before it even came to a quote. Can *not* recommend this place at all - whatever their abilities. The customer is not king here!

   These guys are amazing. After having a transmission fluid change by my usual garage I noticed a fluid leak on my drive. After 4 trips back to the garage over a period of two weeks they could not resolve this. It was both time consuming and frustrating. Paul at Auto Trans solved the problem in only 45 minutes at little expense, job done. Well done and thanks Auto Trans

   Avoid with any cost, very dishonesty!!! they changed my ford galaxy gear box and guaranteed for 1 year work they done and the material , it develop a problem first day. I come back few days later, they did a test drive and said it's fine just drive it. After coming back to them for few times, they find out what box has a problem , they had told me they will extend the warrant for one more year since the car had a problem and i will hsvr to pay the gear box services, I agreed. Few months down the line I come back with excessive oil leak from the gear box and they look at the car and say gear box is finish and you will have to pay because your warranty is finished. When I say to them you given me extend warrant they denied.
