First of all, the customer service is top notch. I called to have my MOT done, and was book in for that same day. From when I got there to when I left, I was all smiles because I was scared of the unknown. But my experience was different. I failed my mot and as told to come the next day to have the fault fixed. The price is reasonable. What was suppose to cost me a little amount of money was done free for me. I was also given advice for free. You have a satisfied customer for life.
I gave them a call after my dealer quoted a very high price to replace my water pump. They did it for half the price and twice as quickly. Very pleased, lovely service too and car is running great.
