   Terrible staff and terrible service. They had a lady called Rita speak to customs and give me a quoted price, but when I arrived, they gave me attitude and the price had doubled. From what I have seen in other negative reviews, they always claim the bad ones are fake and say they will report them to Google, yet they thank anyone who leaves a positive review. It is ridiculous. I do not understand how a business can operate like this in the UK. Please wake up, this is the UK. To anyone reading, it is up to you whether you believe my review or not, but honestly, you will be shocked. My advice is simple, do not go to them.

   Terrible experience at Diamond Vehicles. Do not leave any valuable items in your car when you take it to them — they will go missing, just like my watch did. When I confronted them with evidence, instead of taking proper action, they said, “Sorry sir, we cleaned the car and kept your watch in the office.” Firstly, I never asked them to clean my car — so why were they even touching my belongings? Their explanation makes no sense, and their attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would strongly advise avoiding this place. Zero Stars

   I wish I could give zero stars! They replaced parts in my vehicle, but just two days later I had to return because the issue hadn’t been fixed properly. Instead of taking responsibility, they told me I’d have to pay for another diagnostic test. Absolutely unacceptable. Do not go to them!

   Terrible experience at Diamond Vehicles London. I trusted them with my car, and not only was the repair subpar, but I also noticed that my valuables inside the car were missing. When I confronted them, they were extremely dismissive and refused to take any responsibility. The customer service was appalling, and they showed no accountability whatsoever. If you care about your car and your belongings, take it somewhere else. Absolutely do not recommend!

   As a new customer by recommendation from friends, I had the EGR Valve, Steering Rack & Wheel alignment serviced at Diamond Vehicles and I can honestly say that the car drives and feels like a new car! The customer service at Diamond Vehicles is exceptional, delivered with attention to detail and experience.... and in case there are any doubts that the job was done, my old EGR was given back to me. What surprises me the most is that these guys actually care about your car which is rare from any other garage in London and therefore I want to pass on my recommendation to anyone that is looking for a good garage.

   Some oddness with this company. They list DSG repairs on their website under 'services that we offer', however on their ebay listings they claim that this side of things is a different business and advise 'PLEASE DO NOT GOOGLE DIAMOND VEHICLES AND CALL THE LANDLINE - WE ARE A SEPERATE COMPANY' Not risking using a fraudulent firm and would advise that you don't either. Terrible, don't be fooled. From their response, no worries at all, glad to help. I'd like to add that they are also very rude and have poor customer service. I only leave good reviews for decent companies, if you don't have a good review from me... guess what? Hope that doesn't confuse you.
