   Took car for MOT, agreed to a failure repair however they also proceeded to replace a 1 wing mirror blinker at the extortionist cost of £102 that was not required to pass MOT or agreed on. I can buy the pair of blinkers for under £20 and do it myself in 5 mins. To add insult they didn't even bother updating the MOT certificate, still showing as minor defect. Looking to make some quick money, I would avoid them, will definitely not be dealing with them again.

   I don't recommend it for automatic gearbox problems. I was very disappointed with this garage. I talked with them on the phone and explained that my car was an automatic hybrid and that the trouble seemed to be related to the gearbox. They told me to bring the car around and forgot to mention they cannot do anything related to Toyota's hybrid automatic gearboxes, specifically the one in my car, for which they had the model before I brought it in. They checked it for 100 pounds just to tell me that yes, it was a problem with the gearbox as I suspected already and they could do nothing about it. Very unprofessional not to mention from the beginning that this is something they cannot solve. Now I have to take it to Toyota where I'll be paying another 100 pounds for the investigation. Very unprofessional.

   Extremely good service from the first phone call for a quote for a new screen wash pump and MOT. I was called back with a quote within a couple of minutes. Booked in straight away and the job was done effectively and quickly with telephone updates throughout the day. All staff were helpful and knowledgeable and honest. I would highly recommend them for any car repairs especially for ladies who are not as familiar with the mechanics of a vehicle. Very good price and no hidden surprises. I would go back without hesitation and have already recommended to a friend.
