Had our EV there for its annual MOT. Very efficient and the reception staff was super friendly. Been there two years on the trot and will be there next year.
Overinflated prices when it comes to repairs compared to other places. My experience was similar to other reviews here on this. Even if it is a small job, don’t let them do anything to your car before you get a quote beforehand. They will try and get out of it by saying they are unable to until they do the work or some other excuse. Please don’t be fooled or safer just go somewhere else.
Very high price for work, easily priced at 4 times the actual labour that should be charged. The main dealer would even do it cheaper than the price this place cost

I took my car in with some minor issues. They refused to take any money. I will definitely use them again. Very happy with the service and happy to recommend.

Excellent service, people and professionalism. Came in yesterday and was stressed about making my appointment as my tire was deflating. Walked in and was greeted at the door by a friendly receptionist who professionally assured me the car would be looked after and informed me of the procedures and costs. I returned to the tire being fixed instead of replaced. Could not recommend the place enough. Lovely atmosphere from the mechanics and people working there.
Walked in for tyre repair. Women was very friendly and also knew what I was going on about. Sorted and at a good price within half an hour. Wasn't a problem for them.
I was really pleased with the service I received. They fitted me in at short notice and carried out the repairs at a reasonable price. The courtesy tyre check a few days later was an added bonus too.
I have used Impact twice now, for a full service and MOT of two different vehicles. The reception staff were delightful and efficient, great location and satisfactory pricing. Was not given an ETA of work done, MOT was completed fairly quickly, although the full service took from 8:30-5 - so expect your car to be in for the day. Would definitely recommend for a professional service, will be using again.
