My Audi Q3 was booked into LVS Coachworks for front-end repairs, and from start to finish the experience was outstanding. From my initial enquiry for a quote, the team were professional, responsive, and provided a detailed quote within around three hours. When I dropped the car off, the garage itself was clean, well maintained, and highly professional. They already had all the required parts ready, which helped speed up the repair process. I was advised the work would be completed within three days, and they delivered exactly as promised. I dealt with Jacob throughout the process, and he kept me fully informed with regular updates, which was greatly appreciated. When I collected the car, it had been repaired to a factory-standard finish and genuinely looked brand new. I couldn’t recommend LVS Coachworks highly enough. They will certainly be my first and only choice for any future bodywork repairs.
Fantastic experience. The car was repaired to a high standard and returned thoroughly cleaned. Having chosen this company after an insurance claim for my Model 3, I have to say it was the smoothest experience. Where other Tesla Approved Body shops were saying 1 month waiting time. LVS did it in 3 days. I was kept updated on all stages. Starting from drop off to pickup. The work was excellent. The whole staff was very kind. I spoke mainly with Dan and he has been excellent help. Highly recommend this place
Absolutely horrendous service. I have asked them to quote for my Tesla, despite chasing them many times they have failed to do so. I can only imagine how bad the service will be once the work starts. Also it doesn’t help that they are an approved Tesla workshop giving people very little choice on where they can have their car repaired. I will also be writing to Tesla expressing my concerns and escalating further.
Leasing company sent my car off to this company to have some post accident repairs done. Good communication, returned in good time, fully valeted and looking like new. Would recommend!
I now understand why the reviews for this company are so good. Right from the start they were incredibly courteous, extremely professional and kept me fully informed as to progress of the accident repairs they were undertaking. When my car was returned after their work it looked better than before it went it (accident damage aside). Everybody I dealt with has been brilliant and their standard of workmanship exemplary. Accident damage is daunting but LVS Coachworks made a big dent in this unpleasant experience. Well done and big thanks to Ash and his staff.
