Integrity and trust are very important when running a business I agreed with them on a price of £55 to the airport. The driver didn’t have change and told me that I can collect the £5 from the office when I’m back. I go to the office today and first they try to play “oh it was actually meant to be £60 and that “I misread the number” when I pushed back and said to them that a. I only got in the car after confirming with them several times that it will be £55 and b. I even have messages from the driver saying he will give me the fiver back, they responded with “we’re not disputing that we just don’t have £5 right now so come back later” When I went later, she gave me the dirtiest look and handed me the money dismissively. So while I’m happy that I got my money back, I’m really disappointed that they tried to pull the “it should have been £60 and you misunderstood” and the fact that they gave immense attitude afterwards for collecting MY money. At the end of the day, it’s not about £5, it’s about the principle. Had we agreed on £60 from the start, I would have paid it

Reputations can be won or lost in an instance. I needed a taxi to Gatwick airport, I even rung up the day before to tell them the M25 was closed so they changed it to 0330AM pick up instead. Driver didn’t turn up, I rung up the operator and she said she couldn’t get hold of him. Tbf to her she did ring and get hold of someone else however by this point in about 2 mins I’d ordered an Uber for £15 cheaper and with no fuss. Mistakes happen but when you’re trying to catch a flight and stressed anyway it’s unacceptable.

I over slept, the driver called me , knock on my door... Crazy morning. I eventually rush to gathered my stuff for my airport dash.. guest what, I had to do a U turn, forget my cat was to be handed over to my daughter, who live 20mins away, but the lovely gentleman said, he will take care of that. I trust him with my keys , to do the necessary, cut long story short, I returned two weeks later and all was white as rain. I fully, recommend West London Cars!!!

Avoid this company! Totally unprofessional ans poor timekeeping. I booked a cab today to go to hospital appointment. The call handler took my booking and automatically said ‘it’s on its way’. 10min later still no cab. I called back and was abruptly told ‘it’s on its way!’ Now 15mins waiting I call back again - no apology for the delay or anything. Just told ‘it’s coming…”. So I had to book Uber instead. The West London Cars driver called me 19mins after my booking and shouted “I’m outside where are you. You’re not here - what am I supposed to do”. No apology, no acknowledgement for the delay and inconvenience. Total lack of professionalism, total lack of care and customer service. Completely unreliable. Would never book again!
