   Had my car repaired with them through my insurance company, when the car was returned on the 8th September the car had loose body panel trim, coolant light on dashboard and none of the car sensors was working, I had to reject the vehicle to which they took back and “fixed” again and then a month later in October a malfunction light came on the dashboard and in November the coolant light has re-appeared I do not recommend this place at all

   This garage is very unprofessional I had a insurance claim and had to go to this garage u unfortunately. The estimated time keeps getting changed the very last minute and always the same excuses. The reception hasent called me once and I had to chase up myself only to discover being disappointed and being laughed at. Please avoid this place at all costs

   Had to use this garage through my insurance. They kept the car for almost 3 weeks which seemed ridiculous. Then when I chased up they told me not to come in. My car was sent to Perivale branch which they expected me to pick up. I refused. They then gave me the car back saying I needed new batteries in my keys. I didn't. They hadn't rewired the passenger door properly. This then took another 24h and a fight for them to do it properly. The admin were extremely unhelpful and I had to get an independent garage review for them to give me a proper refund for wasting my time!

   My experience with Body Tech West London has been extremely disappointing. My vehicle spent almost six weeks in their garage, and despite three delivery attempts, the repairs were never completed to an acceptable standard. On two separate occasions I had to reject the car due to poor workmanship and even new damage caused during their handling. Issues included missing parts, rushed and careless repairs, excess paint and filler, visible damage lines, and clear deterioration of areas that were undamaged prior to the accident. When I raised concerns, I was given implausible explanations (such as being told excess filler was a “manufacturer defect”), which only added to my frustration. Even after accepting the car back, the repairs remain substandard, leaving me with a vehicle that is certainly not restored to pre-accident condition and has likely lost value as a result. I have no confidence in Body Tech West London’s ability to carry out proper repair work and would not recommend their services. 0/5 Would not recommend at all.

   Amazing body shop. I contacted them regarding a respray on my car. They’ve provided amazing work, in a speedy manner! The owner was extremely helpful and even helped with removing replacing some badges on the spot and did not charge me for it. Great to know a honest garage in the neighborhood. Thanks again

   Terrible experience. I came in for an MOT check at the time my appointment was scheduled. You would think that the car before me would have finished its check no? No, it took another 2 hours for them to finish the previous check making this whole ordeal last 3 hours. Of course this could be down to the fact that when i walked in on my car getting checked the workers were having a nice chat instead of doing their job. Go someplace else.

   Requested a courtesy car 3 weeks in advance, reminder sent to them by me 5 days beforehand to ensure the courtesy car was ready for me! Drove 1.5 hours to get there, courtesy car given to someone else so nothing was available for me! So called manager Mike Ferriero had no shame in telling me he has contacted the Innovation Group for them to find me a new garage as he didn't see any fault in what had happened. To cut a long story short, i waited 7 days for someone to contact with new garage details....nothing. i finally called them today and they confirmed no one from Body Tech had informed them of this! This manager is providing an appalling service and i am thinking of reporting him to trading standards at this stage.
