Wouldn't waste your time with this doctors , constantly ringing for appointments to be told they release 8.30 every morning , sit on the phone for 45 mins to a hour to be told that they haven't got any , on previous phone calls being told that they can't pre book appointments at all , been passed from pillow to post through the wrong people wasting my time costing a working man money, steer clear from this doctors at all costs

Begged for months and months and months and months for help, I was told it was anxiety by the great doctor thandi, when it was multiple sclerosis. Avoid. It’s a conveyor belt for across the road !!!

So I came for my sons appointment last week. When I arrived I stood at the desk and the lady who was sat behind decided to acknowledge me about a minute later and just stuck her hand out and pointed at the check in screen. Once I checked in, the screen said take a seat make sure you are in the right waiting room so I turned around and said can I just check I’m in the right waiting room once again the hand reappeared and out came the finger that pointed at the chairs. I’m no expert but I really think this individual needs to go on a customer training experience to know how to interact. I would tell you the individual’s name but (she) had her coat on. This appointment was on the 12/11/2024 so I’m sure you can work out who it was. But like I say she needs to go on a customer training or if not put her out the back with she doesn’t have to interact with patient’s.

28/10-I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dr. Mohemmed. I came in with a flare-up of my autoimmune disease, hoping for support and guidance. Not only was he 30 minutes late to my appointment without any apology, but he then rushed me through my consultation, cutting me off after only 10 minutes. I barely had the chance to explain my symptoms, and he didn’t even suggest a basic PRC blood test, which is essential for monitoring inflammation in autoimmune conditions. I felt dismissed, unheard, and as though my health concerns were an inconvenience. I expect a doctor to show a genuine interest in their patients’ wellbeing, especially when dealing with chronic health issues. I would not recommend him to anyone seeking a compassionate or thorough GP." 10/8 I recently had the absolute misfortune of dealing with the worst medical practice imaginable. The receptionist, who is shockingly rude and completely lacking in medical knowledge, refused to prescribe my essential medication, Prednisone, despite clear instructions from my consultant. Her sheer ignorance was on full display when she claimed Prednisone isn’t a repeat medication—newsflash: it’s prescribed during flare-ups, not on a set schedule! This was more than just incompetence; it felt like discrimination. Her dismissive and unhelpful attitude seemed to stem from pure laziness or something more sinister. If you care about your health and want to be treated with even a shred of respect, avoid this place like the plague. This practice is a disgrace to the medical profession.

Dr Clark has been absolutely brilliant with our family over the past few months. Everything she has said she will do she has done and kept us fully updated. Can't thank her enough for the support she has given. Also, everytime I contact the surgery, the Receptionists are always extremely friendly and helpful.

We are 5 family members registered here from last 2 years and all times when I need to see the doctor, they say no appointments for today and call 111. Very careless.

My local surgery. Don't go often. But nice new waiting area (been there well over 5 years). Car park is for the local park I think. Touchscreen when you get in.

Overall, a very good GP and medical centre. You always are given emergency GP slots when needed. Online bookings are easily done. The GPs are very professional and they generally keep appointments on time too. With a pharmacy on site, this is another positive feature. Whilst there is never a perfect service in life, this medical centre is of high quality in my judgement. Thank you to the Northbrook team!

I have been a patient at this practice since we moved to Solihull in 1981, and have always found it to be very good. Yes, the wait to see a named GP can be difficult, but that is the case all over the UK. I haven't seen a GP that I have found difficult to deal with or unsympathetic, and that says a lot about the practice.
