I’m very grateful for the level of care I received at the surgery. Every concern I had was taken seriously, and the staff made sure all of my needs were attended to. I felt listened to, supported, and well cared for throughout my experience. Thank you.

I am a new patient at this surgery, with no information from my records which I could access and my repeat hospital prescription seems to be non existence and on top I have asked to be seen by GP as the pain is in my stomach and abdomen, which I have had for over 10 years and has gotten worse couple of weeks now. I have had full bloods done through my last surgery on monday this week with liver and kidney test as well as as milk allergy test due to this problem. I also have Autoimmune Disease along with other non curable Disease aswell as Coeliac Disease. Message came back as non urgent and could be seen within 5 days. HELLO, RED FLAG. PAIN IN ABDOMEN AND STOMACH FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND GETTING WORSE, THE SIGNS TELL YOU THST IT NEED INVESTIGATING. I AM ON MORPHONE DUE TO PRN PAINS ON MY FACE. Worst experience ever.

This morning 23/7/25 I spoke to the receptionist at park surgery. She was rude , abrupt and unhelpful. Discussing that a person like this is working in an establishment that is ment be caring for the public. Need so TRAINING . Would not recommend this surgery to anyone that needs a doctor.

I would leave a 0 but not a option called up as I had a really bad back to be told by the receptionist I didn't need an appointment I needed to call physio. Physio who is currently on a 12 week wait. Ended up at a private dr as needed painkillers as my condition was severe.

Extremely Disappointing Service I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this GP practice. It is incredibly difficult to book an appointment, and when you finally manage to speak with someone, the staff, including doctors and nurses, are rude and inattentive. Today, we tried to book an appointment for my 8-year-old daughter, who was experiencing severe ear pain and had blood-stained discharge coming from her ear. Despite the seriousness of the situation, they refused to see her. This lack of care and professionalism is unacceptable, especially when it involves a child in need of urgent medical attention. I strongly advise avoiding this practice if you value timely and compassionate healthcare.

Awful experience I have now left Park Surgery I was in excruciating pain in my foot and could hardly walk. Receptionist fobbed me off to A and E which I do not feel she was qualified to make this decision. On arrival at A and E they said I should have seen my GP. I have now registered with a new surgery where I got a same day appointment and was prescribed antibiotics which put me right, and the doctor signed me off for a week, this is the first time in my life I have had a sick note and my new surgery were so professional and pleasant. As someone who has only used the Doctors a handful of times I am utterly appalled by the regime they are running at Park Surgery and I hope that other patients are Not treated how I was, my advice try another Surgery if you can.

Reception team welcoming. The GP I saw here today, Dr Fadipe was extremely caring and helpful. Thank you.

This surgery seem on the ball. They referred me for tests quickly when I was concerned about recurring cancer. The receptionists are friendly and there is a call-back facility on the phone when the lines are busy.

Waited an hour after my allocated appointment time to be seen. I appreciate running behind but I felt this was far too long to wait after having a appointment booked. The toilet was extremely unsanitary.

I don’t understand why the receptionists are so unhelpful and seem to do all they can to prevent you seeing or talking to a doctor. I’m terrified of needing a doctor because of the receptionists and at 93 I do need medical help now and again. Please try and improve your behaviour.
