I am a new patient to this surgery and up to now I only have positive comments. I rang yesterday and spoke to Sarah on reception and she was extremely helpful, kind and caring. An asset to the surgery!
After many disappointing GP experiences, it was refreshing to meet a doctor who truly cares. Dr Brough listened, addressed my concerns, and resolved my issue. Iβm really grateful for her care and highly recommend her.
Visited yesterday with an enquiry. Everyone really helpful at reception, all going the extra mile. The duty doctor came over, too. A big help. My partners issue is being resolved. Great. *****
I moved, but I was happy got good and friendly service there. The receptions all was very helpful and ready to help. They always can found appointments to me all the times. I am very appreciative for the wonderful job and cooperation. I always had appointments with different GP and all was lovely and very careful to my case; even my low English was not problem. I do recommend St. Margarets Medical Practice high level service clinic.
Every time me or my family call for any type of appointment we are batted away. I am travelling in 2 weeks. I work for the nhs and advised reception that I cannot make it in to compete an application form to be placed on a waiting list for travel jabs. Iβm shift working, but no cares given. This medical practice and staff have been avoiding treating and seeing patients. I am Very disappointed as some of the GPS are really good, but reception and making appointments is really unprofessional. I will make this complaint formal via ccg as the directive to see your Gp before other health professionals has pretty much become non existent at this surgery. Something needs to be done to improve patient care/service.
This is the worst surgery I have ever dealt with in my life. The place is completely disorganised and heotic. The reception personel is not competent and helpful at all!!!. I had to repeat my urine sample testing three times as the first time apparently there was insufficient amount of specimen, second time there was no collection details provided. This is highly unacceptable as they do not even know what is going on and why. On the other hand they do not even want to listen to their patients to the end to explain the issue whilst being on the phone.Very abrupt, rude, unproffesional personnel.Receptionists provide not credible information and always put a blame on someine else.This is not a quality of health care service I expected. Avoid at all cost.
Disgusting. New partner came in and completely changed my scripts which have worked fine for years. Was a good practice until they became about the money instead of the patients. Avoid!
Today ,my review is purely for reception .We have been registered for a year with a family ,while it is not easy to get appoitment for an adult (as everywhere ) ,one great difference is that receptionist in this practise are always polite and efficient and we have been through plenty of reception stuff that come nowhere near. I am not sure about the doctors yet, time will show .Thank you for your work reception team
Very suspicious that no matter when you call for an appointment you are always "10th in the queue". When the line rings, you get cut off and have to call again. This telephone system is designed so you cant get through. When you do eventually, the receptionists are neither polite nor kind. They have too many patients to accommodate for their practice. The Doctors themselves are the only redeemeing factor, but thats after youve jumped through hoops to get an appointment.
I have been registered to this GP practice for over 20 years, receptionists are always so understanding and will help you to get appointments. Doctors are helpful and responsive including the locus doctors, quick actions from them at all times. Very happy this is my local practice and to be registered here
