   Not a particularly good experience with this salon. I was charged £60.00 for a trim and a curly blow dry for my daughter. The stylist kept telling me us “she has very long thick hair and it might not hold”, I think this is poor, instead she should of said, it won’t hold and we need to use a tong or some kind of other way to curl it. I could have then advised my daughter or them not to do it. She was going to a concert and was really let down. I phoned to complain and was told that’s what we charge and that it’s a shame it didn’t hold. All we also kept being told is that these curls aren’t in fashion and it’s a wave that people want. If she wanted a wave we could of done this at home. Would never go back and would not recommend. I had a very upset teenager who wanted to look good and not look like a normal day at school. We live 10mins away and by the time we got home it looked like below. Poor service indeed!

   Wouldn't know what they're like with haircuts, etc, every time I go to their Upton branch, they've closed early. Even spoke to a member of staff by phone to ensure they would be open to pick up vouchers in time for a Mother's Day present, she said they were there until 5.30pm. When I arrived at 5.15pm the shop was closed despite them being aware I was on my way to collect the vouchers. This ruined Mother's Day! I tried again on the Monday, they were supposed to be open until 5.00pm as per their website but again they were shut at 15.45hrs. Really shoddy buisness ethics they didn't deserve even 1 star (Only way to leave a review). I wouldn't go there again, not for a haircut & not for vouchers. I've taken my business elsewhere!!!
