   The guy in Kwik Fit try to rip me off. I took the car for a break fluid flash and in a few mins he managed to "diagnose" my front breaks and pads need replacement quoting me £430 and saying my car its not safe to drive, he didn't even move or check the car. It is a 5 years old car by the way and maintained by myself! I took the car on the oposide side of the road to the Rams Gate MOT centre in the same day, and they said the disks and pads are fine, which i expected them to say anyways! Also it did pass the mot after 2 days without advisory! They lost a customer and definitely i don't recommend this place to anyone!

   I’ve been coming here for a few years now, for my annual car service and MOT, as well as ad-hoc repairs. Unfortunately, I failed the MOT as my horn was not working and they couldn’t fix/replace it. However, as soon as I had it replaced elsewhere, I brought my car back and it passed the MOT right away. Good service, overall. Sam was the person who mostly dealt with me, and he was very professional as always.

   The owner/manager was relaxed and friendly to deal with. Very helpful with all customers that I saw when I was there. The team on the shop floor was quick and helpful. Albeit, the delivery for the new tyre took a while (out of their control), the replacement was efficient and good pricing too.

   You had what I wanted in stock and I was able to turn up and have the battery that I needed fitted. My only complaint is that online the price was given as £174 including fitting and I paid just over £200 by not booking online. I had called beforehand and so the branch was expecting me, so this difference seems a little much.

   Been to this branch for fitting tyres. Great customer service didn’t have to wait for long. Friendly staff and a warm reception room in this cold weather. Thank you all for a quick job done and no long waiting ! Recommended!

   Customer service was extremely good. They really cared about helping me with the issues I had. They even agreed to fit me in for an on the day MOT appointment and was able to get it done within an hour when they had a cancellation. Would definitely recommend, they were very friendly and helpful

   Outstanding service. Everyone was very polite and friendly. They did a MOT on my car. I booked a few weeks in advance to get the cheaper price. I arrived a few minutes early and the tester was waiting. He took care to cover the seat with a plastic protector. Unfortunately, the car failed but they offered me a free retest within 10 days. I brought the car back a few days later and they were abble to supply and fit the part within 24hours.
