   My wife's appointment for the Mantoux test and BCG jab was cancelled with only a few hours notice as it wasn't "economically viable" (their words) to proceed. Deespite a deposit being paid and their own 24hr cancellation policy. Had arranged the test and vaccination around work and childcare, so a rescheduled appointment in a month isn't good enough.

   I have been to see David due to some suspected hormonal imbalances. The reception staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and I have never had any issues being able to organise an appointment for when I require it. David was very helpful and professional, explained everything thoroughly and most importantly for me - was empathetic and approachable. I think going to see him is a no-brainer and I would recommend highly.

   I made an appointment to see Dr Sonia Khorona after I had two unsuccessful telephone only appointments with my local GP practice last week. Dr Sonia Khorona was amazing. She was very kind and understanding. She listened to all my concerns and was very thorough in her examination. She helped me with two different problems I had, which had been causing me a lot of distress for a long time. She put my mind at rest and gave me the reassurance I needed.    I decided to make an appointment to discuss My options for Bio identical HRT after not getting anywhere with my own GP and it was the best decision I’ve ever made David listened to all my concerns with great compassion. I had all the tests required to enable me to be prescribed what I needed in regards to HRT, I have been on it now for 6 months and I can honestly say it has changed my life I feel like myself again. I noticed a difference within 6-8 weeks and massive improvement 6 months on all my dreaded Menopause symptoms are completely under control .

   What is great about this practice? The easy and fast appointment system. Difficult these days to see a GP so I went to Oakley and what a difference. The staff were so friendly. Got to see Dr Eccleston very quickly and he provided a thorough consultation listening carefully to my story and he was able to explain things very clearly. I will certainly be coming here for my health in future. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

   I have nothing but praise for Dr Eccleston. I went to see him and was impressed with the way he listened to me and was so kind and caring and thorough in his approach to me. From making the appointment which was handled in a friendly but professional manner by the Receptionist to entering the surgery I was made to feel at ease. I have given five stars but would have given more if this had been possible!.

   The team were kind, professional and knowledgeable during a recent trip for my daughters vaccination. My daughter didn’t seem to feel a thing and was well distracted by the lovely nursing and reception staff. They also went above and beyond when I experienced some car troubles.    Having seen the devastating effects of Meningitis B , I decided I wanted to protect my children against this dreadful disease. This is currently not available on the NHS so after searching on the internet I came across The Oakley Partnership. I was able to book them in and get them vaccinated very quickly and now have the peace of mind that even though this disease is on the increase my children are protected. Dr Eccleston was superb, as were his staff, well informed and welcoming . I would not hesitate to use the practice again and I urge other parents to consider this as an option.
