Can’t understand why this hospital has such bad reviews on Google. I have used Spire Little Aston on a few occasions and the staff have only ever been friendly, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The hospital itself is quiet, calming, and immaculately clean. The only complaint I can make is it can be difficult to find a parking space during busy periods. I find it easier to get a train to Blake Street Station and walk from there.

I was referred to orthopaedic consultant Mr Moores by my GP after I request a referral to another hospital for a second option. I had been with the previous hospital for 2 years which I will not name and I was being investigated for multiple things including FAI. After two years I felt deflated I was getting no where. Not being listened to and pain getting worse! When my GP referred me they were able to book an appointment there and then! To keep this short and to the point my first appointment was end of April with further appointments through the next two months. By June I finally had my confirmed diagnoses and a clear treatment plan! in October I had my surgery! What a fabulous hospital and fabulous team! Not only had my consultant listened to me and not dismissed me he has been amazing, caring and empathetic the nursing team and physio team are something else too! I may end up needing treatment on my other hip but it’s safe to say I’ll stick with little Aston and all being well the consultant I now have! How can the NHS be so different! It is just wrong and should not be the case! Well done little Aston I will be forever grateful

If I could give it a zero I would. Extremely unorganized. They book appointments in without checking with you and have the decency to cancel and move appointments without informing you. I would pick a better private health care facility and not waste time with this place. Coffee machine never works. There is never any parking space. Waiting times are always the worse. Sometimes I feel like I get faster care at my own GP! Such a shame.

I recently went in for an operation and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and comfortable the whole experience was. The nurses were absolutely lovely, so helpful, kind, and reassuring throughout my stay. The food options were great and much more varied than I expected. When I felt unwell after my operation, the staff were incredibly accommodating and made sure I had something I could manage, I was even given four different meal options in total, which was such a thoughtful touch. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-kept, and everything ran efficiently from start to finish. Overall, I couldn’t fault the service, a big thank you to everyone who looked after me!

Excellent care provided to my daughter by Mrs Effie Katerinaki and her team. Everyone is extremely professional and caring and my daughter's operation and postoperative care went smoothly and was very well planned. We felt reassured and all our questions were answered promptly and efficiently. The rooms are very clean and the food is nice too. Every single member of staff is kind and professional. We can not thank enough to the entire team and especially to Effie for her compassionate care and for looking after our daughter so well. She is an absolute treasure and an asset to the Little Aston team of consultants. Thank you for everything you do!

Absolutely the worst clinic ever ! Doctors are useless. Charging so much and going with the same pains and symptoms that I came with and they send me home because they can't figure out where the pain is coming from . And of course they charge before the consultation and you can't take the money back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I will never ever go to this clinic!! Avoid!!!

Cannot fault this hospital. After shopping around various private hospitals around the country I chose this establishment to carry out my medical work. I saw Dr Preeti Jain and Dr Ajit Walnut for an invasive procedure. Their bedside manner was great. They made the whole patient journey from start of finish so amazing considering how nervous and anxious I was. The nurses Shadrack, Emma, Tracey and many more worked tediously tending to all the patients day and night. They are all assets to this establishment. I cannot fault them. Even the catering staff were so pleasant. The whole team worked endlessly to ensure that I was looked after properly. I cannot thank you enough. 21.01.2023 2nd review I attended in October for a hysterectomy and left positive feedback then. Again I cannot praise the doctors, staff and establishment enough. I contacted yesterday with a niggling pain. The nurses contacted me straight away and managed to get me in today with the doctor. Such a welcoming reception from Dr Jain who examined me and reassured me there were no issues. She has always made me from start to finish feel at ease. Her bedside manner is so empathetic and considering what a stressful profession this is she always has a smile on her face. Just wanted to say thank you to Dr Jain and all the staff at Little Aston. Keep up the good work

Mr Calladine, the eye surgeon is amazing. He has replaced both lens in my eyes so I no longer need reading or distance glasses. He is a lovely gentleman and makes you feel at ease. No pain either. I cannot recommend him enough.

I turned up to my appointment on time, then had to wait over half an hour. I was then half way through a procedure, and the nurse assisting my (excellent) consultant asked him how long he would be, literally whilst he has a knife in me! and I am awake! I ignored it as it was quiet unbelievable, but 2 minutes later, she asked again! All whilst I am bleeding fresh blood and the knife is still in me? All whilst I am paying the equivalent of £1000/hour. I asked the surgeon to take his time, and he said he would, but cant help but feel the results have been affected. For Gods sake, who do these support staff think they are.. shareholders? Something is not right about this hospital. If you have left a 5 star review, then consider yourself lucky, as there are plenty of 1 star reviews too. Little Aston bit of a lottery.

Hi, I just felt so compelled to leave a positive review in regard to an MRI scan and stress test that I had on 21st October 2022, I felt safe and secure at all times thanks to both nurses Kirsty & Joanne. More importantly I was kept updated every step of the way even when the doctor joined it was not information overload but a gentle introduction. I know this is day to day for this department but for the patient it can be nerve wracking or an apprehensive occasion at the very least. I have always had great feedback in my line of work, but I have to respond in kind and say both nurses and the Doctor made me more comfortable than I could ever have imagined. Would I recommend Spire in the future? most definitely. Based on my experiences so far it has been such an easy journey and hopefully with a fully recovered result in the waiting. A special thank you to the reception team on the MRI/CT department and nurses Joanne & Kirsty.
