   I had an engine warning light on my car that was driving me crazy. I first went to my usual garage, which is a Mercedes-approved service centre. While they were carrying out a timing chain replacement, they also replaced a part costing over £120 and told me there was a process to go through. However, the light stayed on, and they then asked me to leave the car with them as there could be multiple issues. A close family friend recommended Stuart and the team at Starwerks, and I am so glad I went there. They connected my car to their diagnostic system, and within 20 minutes the mechanic had identified the exact problem while I waited. Stuart came over, explained everything clearly, and even showed me the faulty part. The total cost was under £100, and my car is now completely free of the engine warning light — the other part that was replaced previously turned out to be completely unnecessary. This was an issue I had been putting off for weeks, dreading the worst. I am absolutely over the moon with the result and will never take my car anywhere else again. Thank you, Starwerks!

   Just took my Mercedes into Starworks! I had a problem with the alignment of my bumper and wing. Asked them to look at it even though they told me they were only mechanical they obliged. First of all. The chap was extremely friendly and was only too happy to help me out. He then asked me to drop off my keys and come back in 30 mins. God only knew what was waiting for me when I came back but when I did it was fixed. They refused to charge me!!! They are genuine! If you have mechanical issues with your merc come to starworks.

The staff and technicians here are very helpful and knowledgeable received my car in the same day and it felt like a new car.    The guys did a brilliant job on my CL500 by servicing the gearbox and the ABC suspension, i would recommend them anytime and they charge more than fair. What surprised me the most was the customer service, which was amazing. You can barely find nice people these days!
