   Needed urgent repairs on my car after a failed MOT. Martin told me to bring it in to Foundry Cars the next morning after other garages in the area told me they couldn't see it for a week. Greatly appreciated the time and care they gave to my car and myself. Repairs were completed the following day with fair pricing. Would recommend this garage to anyone.

   I was quoted a price on the phone "all in including vat" but when I went to collect my car the price didnt't include vat which was then added on. Cheap trick. After using this garage for many years I won't be doing so again.

   Don’t get me wrong they seem to be nice guys, but my overall experience with them was tragic to say the least. Firstly the Labour Cost for a simple change of battery, brake light switch and a diagnostic test was on the higher end. For me personally the fact they couldn’t fix the issue with my car is understandable, it was beyond their capabilities, no problem. However what is not acceptable is calling me after nearly having my car for a week, at midday, to tell me “all good it’s ready to collect”. So I turn up at 5pm to collect my car and to my surprise I find the issue hasn’t been resolved. I have a family to feed, bills to pay, I need my car to get to work. Why not be OPEN and CANDID and notify me the issue hasn’t been fixed? At least then I would have enough time to make arrangements with another garage, instead of being left in no man’s land. Had very high hopes for this garage, now I will never set foot there again.
