   I recently used this garage for my MOT and service. Car needed a bit of minor work to get it passed. They were reasonably priced and provided great communication about what was needed and how much it would cost. I'm not one for reviews but think it is sometimes hard to find a genuine and reliable garage. This garage is that.

   Couldn't recommend Mark and Dom any more. They do an incredible job at a reasonable price and are always quick and efficient. The customer service is second to none and they are really honest and friendly. I have used them for years and recommend them to everyone. :)

   Not good-am loath to leave a negative review but it is not too much to ask for my new tyres to be balanced on replacement.Had to get another garage [and repay for the service] to check after there was a distinct front wobble between 60 and 70mph.The wheels were way out of balance. Doing the balancing is a safety issue and cannot understand why this was not done properly.Would not use again.

   Years of loyalty to this place have been repaid with increasingly poor and rude service. Not only is the place physically falling down, but it feels as if Mark who runs it just doesn't care any more and that customers are an inconvenience. Taking the car in for a service, they say they'll call you when it's done, and rarely do, unless there's something more you need to spend. When there's a problem, they don't answer the phone or pretend the phone isn't working - which is absolute rubbish (I called from 3 different phones). It's hard to trust them any more if they can't even accept their errors (and how many other mistakes might there have been?). They need to realise that their customers aren't stupid and deserve respect. There are other nearby garages like Conor's offering much better service, cheaper and for me - and others I speak to who live locally - there's no reason to frequent Motorwise, unless Ian comes back to run the place.
