   Car was sent to these guys via Hastings insurance after being involved in an accident and needing a new door. The work on the door was well done and I have no complaints on that front, however they returned the car with an extra 100 miles on the clock and half a tank of fuel lighter. I don't know if they were taking joyrides in it or whatever, but that was £75 out of my pocket I was not expecting to refill. They're based 4miles from where I live. Further, the car came back with someone's chewing gum (pictured) stuck below the dashboard, which was disgusting and foul. Contacted them via whatsapp with the photos, no one got in touch. Had to make a couple of phone calls to Hastings before they got in touch with them. They then apparently told Hastings that someone would contact me to discuss this, no one has in the last three weeks. So yeah, my door was fixed, but the car came back as if someone had been having a jolly in it.

   Had my car sent to these guys via and insurance claim back in 2016. Completely forgot to leave a review. The insurance company insisted on me not using an official Mercedes dealer for the repair, and to use this company. The damage to my vehicle was significant, and required a completely new suspension system and wheels. Anyway, long story short: the insurance company ended up paying me £3000 in compensation, and then sent the car to be repaired properly by Mercedes, because these guys not only didn’t fix the car, but also faked the inspection report to say it was fixed.they also added 450 miles to the vehicle in the two months they had it by using it as their daily driver. This all came out after I received the car back with the vehicle pulling heavily to the right during driving. I insisted Mercedes do a proper inspection, and that’s when this all came out. I’d be wary of ever sending my vehicle here, especially if your insurance company advises you. They should be investigated for illegal business practices.

   Just picked up my car 2 days earlier than estimated. The work looks as good as new and they cleaned the car inside and out. Communication with updates was excellent and the few members of staff I spoke to were helpful, professional and pretty friendly. Not sure I could have asked for more really!    Repair delayed by a few weeks because wrong parts were ordered. Car was returned with the badge half stuck on/half falling off and some panels not clipped in properly. To top it off they took the security lock off the spare wheel and didn’t bother putting it back on which meant it could have been stolen easily from underneath the car if I hadn’t noticed.
