After two days of worry and agony over the weekend, I was fortunate to meet Dr. Erzsebet Szabo today. I absolutely give her a thumbs up, not only is she beautiful, she also didn't discriminate against me this morning because of my poor English. She patiently listened to my concerns, patiently communicated with me using Google Translate, examined me, gave me the best medical advice and arrangements, arranged blood tests, and even sent me some online information about my condition. Thank you

Always get an appointment. Booking is easy. They really look after me and my family at both sites.

I booked an appointment due to having pain in my elbow. I was expecting a quick assessment and signposting to an appropriate service. However I was very surprised to be booked to see a first contact practitioner called Karandeep Virdee who is a physiotherapist by background. He conducted an investigation and took the time to listen to my symptoms. He gave me specific exercises with both written and video material via email to help guide me. What an absolutely fantastic service! To have this level of tailored service in primary care is fantastic, enabling faster access to care whilst reducing the burden on our hospital based services. Fantastic patient care, thank you

Pathetic service. No telephone bookings and online appointment system is terrible. Its extremely frustrating to book appointment here. They don't take phone appointments and the gp asked you to book online. And trust me of you go the online process you will just spend hours to find the option to book appointment. I registered my daughter for online appointment a month ago till now i haven't recieved her username and password . Now I am no where.. There is never appointments available..

I have to say that the Diabetic Nurse at the Oaks is a star. She will listen to your concerns and offer multiple courses of action. As with all doctors, the appointment telephone system struggles on a morning. On the plus side they are open for appointments on a weekend, which is ideal when you are working. There is a pharmacy adjoined to the medical centre which is also handy. Reception help me today to hire a Blood Pressure Monitor for a week, explaining how to use it and provided in data log sheet. Thank you ladies.

Never get an appointment and when you finally get in, treated like another number, nobody remembers anything and just overall lack of care - completely missed my wife's infection causing us to spend hours in A & E

shocking service, doesn't offer ear wax removal, will have to go walk in centre or pay privately to have this done, what's the point of this gp service !!

I don't understand how when I call up at 8 on the dot I'm still 48 in the queue, you can't get through if you ring before 8 so how do I end up number 48 when I rang at 8.00am sharp. I finally got through at 8.19 and all appointments were gone so I had to accept an appointment at streetly, which is miles from my house. I hope the nhs doesn't have any more cuts.
