Had a fuel pipe issue come up with our car and it stopped running. Called Auto Fix in Coulsdon and they said they would look at it that same day. They were friendly, great customer service and started working on the car that day. Would highly recommend Auto Fix in Coulsdon!
Brilliant service. Had an issue with my car - it was dealt with immediately with no issues whatsoever. Time and care was taken with an explanation of what was happening throughout. I thought I'd have my say and get this off my chest because Auto Fix quoted me £2,000 for a job, which I eventually got fixed by another respectable garage who told me that whoever quoted me that price was out to rip me off. The job got fixed for £450 all inc. I'm very annoyed because I almost parted with 2k, god knows how many other Customers who don't know any better. I'm grateful that I have friends to give me good recommendations to go elsewhere. As for Auto Fix they've lost my trust and respect and my family and friends, I'll never go there again. You're only getting one star because I need to post this review. I'm just replying to your message saying that you have no record of me ever bringing my car to your garage and requesting me to take my review down, well sir, I've lived in Coulsdon for 20 years and used Auto Fix since me and my family moved here, and when the previous boss (who was honest and fair) owned it. Denying it just makes me more annoyed, you did quote me £2,000 for a £450 job. I believe in free speech but most of all I believe in honesty and speaking my mind. I've even got a recorded message of you calling me back on the 9th of October 2024 asking me to call you back, and a report sheet that I took a photo of which for some reason you wouldn't allow me to take away with me, now I know why. I'd gladly share this as proof if you want me to, that way you won't say you have no record of me ever bringing in my car. So coming on here denying it to save your own skin isn't very good, you're a business and honesty should be your policy.The next time you get a customer who looks like easy pickings, treat them fairly by not over pricing them. So this and my previous message stays. The great thing about Google review is it allows you to honestly express if your happy or not, I have no reason to just pick a garage and give them a bad review without proof, so if anyone asks me for proof then I will happily provide it, because judging by some of your previous reviews on here seems like I wasn't the only one you tried to over charge, so the message stays...

Make sure you ask about pricing for labour and parts. Got a shock when paying the bill vs previous years by about £100 extra
