Katrina was very nice to my 9 year old daughter during her hair cut asking her lots of questions about school and Christmas, making her feel very grown up at the appointment. My daughter had a lovely experience and her hair looks great. Thank you!
I went in blonde. I asked to be fully brunette (my natural hair colour). I booked with one of the girls who unfortunately wasn’t in and the owner (who is apparently a colour specialist) said she was happy to do my hair. I thought great a colour specialist and i’m just going fully brunette nothing crazy. She cut my appointment short to go see her husband instead of finishing my hair. After half drying my hair to see the colour, I stated that I wasn’t happy and would like to go darker, after she continuously refused to go straight brunette the whole appointment (which I stated that was what I wanted both in my booking and throughout the appointment), she put a dark toner on and it didn’t make any difference, I began to cry sat in the chair which she could see, and I still had to pay. This is what I left like. (also booked for a curly blow, but as she so desperately wanted to leave early to go see her husband she said she only had time to blast it dry, which she didn’t even do herself, a younger girl did). Ended up going somewhere else to fix the mess the owner made of my hair.
Maddie was very welcoming, professional and did a fabulous curly blow dry. Even more appreciative that she was able to fit me in at short notice. Maddie talked through what was best and explained how it would work. Cake and hit chocolate were an added bonus. Thank you for making me feel human again!
Made an “emergency” appointment as I have an important meeting tomorrow and didn’t want to look a mess. I secured an appointment within minutes. The service given was wonderful and five ⭐️ I also got an eyebrow wax. I have had many eyebrow waxes. But this one was so good I almost fell asleep!! The staff were very polite. And kind. I would definitely go again. A great hairdressers on your doorstep. What more could anyone ask for!!
I visited L.A Hair for the first time on Saturday and had an appointment with the lovely Laura for my first ever ‘Curly Cut’ The salon is beautiful, chilled and has such a relaxing friendly vibe. Laura talked me through all the ‘do’s and don’ts’ for curly hair (I learnt so much) and took so much time and care to make sure I was happy. To say I am happy with my hair is an understatement, I absolutely love it and can’t wait for my next appointment x

I had my hair expertly cut and styled at LA Hair, this morning. The hair washing station is designed to effectively support your back, neck and shoulders, which made the shampoo head massage I received even more restful. The salon is a beautifully light and relaxing space, with delicious refreshments sourced from local businesses to create a strong sense of community spirit.
