   My son is autistic and ADHD and HATES haircuts and his hair being touched. Over the last few years, I have brought him here with me to get my hair cut and the lovely staff here have made so much effort to build a relationship with him and make him comfortable. This month, he finally sat through a whole haircut without a single issue. Huge thank you to all the staff.

   I took my two Grandchildren to this barber shop which I usually do age 12 & 14. However, them for a short while and told where to meet just round the corner after they had their haircut. However, when they come back apparently one of the hairstylist told them that I was a rude man because I had complained about the price last time I went approximately 6 month previously. I feel that telling my Grandchildren was totally out of order which put undue pressure on young children that have recently lost their mother. I went back to the shop to try and explain that if he needed to address this with me he should directly not via vulnerable young children but this had little affect on him. I asked him for the owners number but again he had given me a false number. If the owner reads this please could you contact me to discuss further please as certainly won’t be going back.    Great experience and lovely staff. I have a son with autism who needs space to pace up and down to help him cope and they were incredible with him. Made sure the door stayed closed, put things out of reach and spoke to him. It can be very nerve racking taking him to places like that but I managed to relax a bit more here. Thank you
