Shanice was amazing from start to finish. The first greeting was polite and professional, and everything was handled swiftly. She kept in touch via WhatsApp throughout, which made the whole process really easy. I was able to go to the gym round the corner while she dealt with my car, and everything was completed smoothly. MOT and remedial work were all done on the same day. Excellent service all round.
