   I was quoted a £607(including 20% VAT)charge to change my car condenser after visiting it for my car AC that was blowing warm air. Tried to overcharge me with a labour rate of £85 per hour for 3 hours work. I managed to drive off and they called me twice. Didnt pick up at all. On the day I did a diagnostics I mentioned I was going to to regased for free from Halfords after they offered to regas it once condenser was fixed. Guy tried to sell me a regas for £140 saying he didnt want anyone else touching his works. Total scammers. You may see good reviews but scroll down also.

   So pleased I found this little garage in Hampstead . Very professional, very reasonable on pricing and knowledgeable. Had a major problem with my DPF filter .. they carried out a chemical clean . Problem cured ! Dealer quoted me €1900 . This job was done and guaranteed for €400 ! So pleased . Going back for my mot and service in the new year . Thank you !!

   Went there last winter for a check up and then again in spring for an MOT. Absolutely appalling service. Totally untransparent about costs, overcharged me, messed up my windscreen wipers and then complained about me asking them to fix them. Won’t be coming back

   I am back! Another brilliant service from Autotech Hampstead. Service book all stamped up and up to date! Who knew that it doesn't have to be the manufacturer that can stamp the book. Mario, Gill and all the team make me feel comfortable and at ease. Always professional and kind. If you haven't tried these guys then you must. They are brilliant. Fantastic job on my Mini Cooper. Lovely staff. Helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back.

   Had a good experience with this little garage. Friendly staff with good knowledge. They resolved an oil leak on my Range Rover . I had taken it to a local dealer who quoted me the earth to rectify . Autotech rectified the fault for a sensible price . They even delivered the car back to my home . The car also was given a free complimentary valet ! Will be going back for sure when my service is due .. Thanks guys !
