“3 years old boiler was off for 6 months and it would not turn on anymore. At the first visit the engineer after a few tests understood the pump was jammed. We agreed I was going to buy a new one and he was going to fit it when I got the new piece. A few days later the engineer was back at my place to fit it and the boiler has been working properly since. The engineer was flexible with the hours (he came at 8pm the first time and left at 9:30pm), he was honest and most of all the price was fair. I would definitely reccomend him.”

“My BMW 640i, originally went in for a major service + engine warning light. In short the engine had serious faults, which BMERC methodically took the time to diagnose one part at a time, ie rather than change a whole bunch of parts and not solve the issue.
