“I contacted a few body shops as I needed to get a lease car repaired prior to sending it back - while some shops initially offered slightly cheaper pricing, Mark rang me after I asked for a quote and walked me through the process and explained what needed doing and why. He was really friendly and patient, and took his time to make sure I was happy with the service. They fitted me in really quickly, flagged some other issues with the car that I hadn't spotted and gave me a really competitive quote on getting everything done, and took the time to touch up a few extra spots free of charge. The work Mark and the team do is fantastic - they turned it around two days quicker than originally quoted, and the car came out looking brand new, so much so the lease inspector said it looked like it had barely left the showroom. Would 100% recommend WWFI as it's a great independent business run by friendly people who love what they do.”

“I had reason to use this garage for a third time when my car lost power unexpectedly (It had previously had a repair and an MOT). Once again they did not disappoint. Within half an hour of my call, someone had come and collected my car. Although in the end the fault disappeared spontaneously, the garage suggested they keep the car overnight to make sure everything was OK. Everybody I dealt with was polite and helpful. I will never take my car anywhere else. I would thoroughly recommend. It is so great to finally find a garage you can trust. Update: I have recently used Empire Garages again and once again they were fantastic. A fast friendly honest service.”

Primarily, he showed up on time, was eager to aid us with our baggage, and drove gradually yet surely. So far, it isn't specifically significant. It is just ample service. “Had a small chip in my window screen. Took it to autoglass, and the chap looked at it and said it could be filled rather than a new windowscreen Took it to the chap on Thursday (01/02) He had it done very quickly, just under 30 minutes. It looks really good. I can barely see the chip anymore. I'm very happy. Definitely will use it again. They were very busy while I was waiting, people popping down, so they were running a little behind, but no one can refuse work. It's definitely worth a visit if you need a chip fixing.”
