   Top garage. Quick turnaround time. I’m privileged to have been able to take my car to MLAutos for several years. Michael is a class act. He’s clearly very knowledgable and has always done all my servicing and MOTs with honesty and integrity. Always takes the time to explain specific faults and clearly breaks down price quotes for any work done. Customer service and high-quality work are evidently at the forefront of this garage. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

   Terrible experience with ML Autos. The owner, Michael, is extremely rude and unprofessional. I took my car in for a repair, paid a high price, only for the exact same problem to happen again shortly after. When I returned, instead of fixing it properly, they charged me again—with no apology or explanation. Totally overpriced and unreliable. Avoid this place if you value your time and money.

   One star is too good for this garage and Mr Big Boss Man Michael with is shocking attitude and customer service virtually non-existent. The definition of cowboys TBH. Avoid at all cost please if you value your health and time. Wasted 4 weeks of my time, refuses to give me a break down and to provide me with receipt after I paid for works which he didn’t even do. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!

   Took my 3 year old Renault to Michael for the first time for MOT. Asked him to do a service before MOT. When I went to collect the car, Michael said everything was fine and service was not needed. I paid for only MOT. What an honest and helpful person he is. Thanks for your outstanding service. Highly recommended.
