   I came into the garage for a service and MOT on my dad’s car a while back, and I was really impressed with the experience. Sami dealt with everything on his own in the office and handled it all brilliantly. He ordered a light bulb for me straight away and got everything sorted quickly and professionally. His customer service was excellent, he was so polite, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this garage, and a big thank you to Sami for the great service.

   Very disappointed. Asked for a cost and how long it would take before coming, they said "approx £350 and up to lunchtime". I said fine. Guy I spoke to seemed to be the owner as he referred to the business as "my garage". They ended up keeping the van whole day from 8am to 6pm for a pretty basic service and it cost £510!!! That's 50% more than the estimate over the phone. Then I called to enquire and a younger bloke tells me the guy I spoke to is a newbie in the office and he doesn't know the costs. Like that's any sort of pathetic excuse.

   I called the team regarding an issue with my brakes & due to my working hours long getting anything booked in during the week is near impossible, so was looking for something local. Then, within a 24 hour span they booked me in, collected my car (limiting any potential disruption to my job) & had my car back to me within a mere 4 hours with a full diagnosis, repair, all for a reasonable price! The customer service was phenomenal - felt too good to be true, but the team were very friendly, helpful, and can't recommend them enough.

   These guys are fantastic. They are professional, polite and fast. We run an ambulance fleet and they have quite a lot of specialist knowledge as they have looked after ambulances for decades. Will definitely be using regularly.

   These guys are amazing, I realised my MOT was about to expire and I called them late in the day. They bent over backwards for me, managed to get the MOT sorted out that same evening even though it made them late going home. Cannot recommend them enough!!!
