try to avoid going there at all cost , dishonest people . i took my car for service the last thing i could ever think of , they replace my original parts with good fake second hand. so disappointing . still considering sueing them even after full refund
Rollce Royce used to mean class. This is no longer the case. If you look at their share Price you would realise that it is hopeless company. Largely this is due to the rough characters the employee and Park Royal branch. Their customer care shows a level which has nothing to do with Royalty or class. Please address your manners, at least as a last resort before announcing your closing down sale.
Went there with a friend who was getting their car serviced and the customer service we received was top notch, The lady there called Sarah offered us a drink and made sure to keep us updated with the cars progress. It is also in a very good location too :)
