    I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I was charged a high amount for a full service, MOT, and extra repairs, yet the work was not completed properly. My brake lights were still not sorted, and even basic checks like topping up the washer fluid weren’t done. When I raised the issue, the mechanic refused to correct the problems. This makes me seriously question whether the service was carried out at all. For the price charged, the standard of work and attitude are completely unacceptable. Drivers need to be able to trust their mechanic, but unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this garage. I would give it zero stars if I could

    What a shambolic company. They show you a price for you to take it in and once they start the work they tell you the price quoted was for labour only and you have to pay for the parts extra and then to programme the part its extra? This is exactly why garages can not be trusted and they are a prime example. Avoid like the plage!!! Price 1st quoted £250 for parts and labour. Then once confirmed they change to labour price only. Then changed it again to in addition to the above price increases to there would be additional programming fee.

    Avoid this place at all costs! I took my van to Daily Autos last November to have the glow plugs replaced. The mechanic told me everything was fine, they cleaned them, and advised me to wait for the warning light to go off before driving. Since I’m not a car expert, I trusted them... Today, I took the van to a different mechanic because the warning light never went away and it was bothering me. The new mechanic told me the glow plugs were in horrible condition — three were completely broken and cross-threaded. He said he’s never seen anything like it. Clearly, the mechanic at Daily Autos didn’t do the job at all, and actually made it worse. I would never trust them with my vehicle again. Take your car somewhere else.

    Please avoid this garage as professionalism is not their way of work. I was contacted by the garage regarding changing the brake pads. The person on the phone said the job would be done within one hour. The appointment was scheduled for 4 pm with a fixed price. However, when I arrived, I noticed that the mechanic was working on everything except my car. It took him over one hour per wheel. Additionally, they initially asked for my car's plate and model, but then informed me that I had to pay an additional £50 for the sensors (as if they didn't know beforehand). At one point, the mechanic had to stop because he was missing a tool to push the brakes in and fit the pads. It seemed like the mechanic working on my car was probably an apprentice, as he was constantly calling someone else for help. Once they completed the first two wheels, around 8 pm, the mechanic told me that they were going to take a break. So I was left waiting like an idiot in the garage for additional time. The tool finally arrived at around 8:15 pm, and I was able to leave the garage around 8:45 pm. The owner didn't provide me with an invoice and insisted on a bank transfer instead of card payment, despite my specific request. As a result, my card was left full of grease stains. Throughout the 4 hours and 45 minutes I was there, the entire team was arguing about other poorly executed jobs and customer complaints. Furthermore, the owner or company will contact you and ask for the job to be deleted from WhoCanFixMyCar, likely to avoid paying the fee on the website. They may even offer you a discount, only to charge you again later. It's best to avoid these scammers I wasted 5 hrs of ny life in their garage.

    Collected my car from home, parked in a disabled parking somewhere in the shopping center instead of taking it to his garage for repair, I've received a parking fine at my address which he refused to pay now. Absolutely poor service. I would have rated 0, but unfortunately there's no 0 option.
