   *This garage is a complete rip-off. I was charged £70 per tyre and shown a decent brand, but they fitted the cheapest, low-quality tyres without telling me. It’s dishonest and unacceptable. With what I paid, I could’ve replaced all four tyres elsewhere with better ones. Avoid this place at all costs — they lie and overcharge.*

   I have been using Barnet Auto Center for my car and van servicing and MOT for quite a few years now, and I can honestly say they are one of the most reliable garages around. The staff are always friendly, professional, and very helpful. I have never had a single problem with their service and they have never let me down. It is rare to find a mechanic you can fully trust, but with Barnet Auto Center I feel confident every time. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest and skilled car care.

   I had a very disappointing experience with this garage. The service was unprofessional from start to finish, and I did not feel that they valued me as a customer. Communication was poor, with little to no updates on the progress of the work, and I constantly had to chase them for answers. To make matters worse, the quality of the work carried out did not match the high price I was charged. I left feeling like I had wasted both my time and money. There was no sense of accountability or care, and the whole experience felt like very poor value for money. I will not be returning and would not recommend this garage to anyone looking for honest, reliable service.

   I would strongly advise against using this garage. Mr. Ali is extremely unprofessional and demonstrates a complete lack of integrity. The service provided is poor value for money, and his attitude makes the whole experience unpleasant. His personal issues clearly affect the way he conducts himself at work, resulting in uncontrolled and unacceptable behaviour. For your own peace of mind and the safety of your car, I recommend avoiding this garage altogether.

   I have been coming to Barnet auto centre since moving to the area in 2020. Their customer service and prices are very reasonable and being a female driver, there's always the possibility of mechanics ripping you off. However, with this garage there's no need to worry about that.

   Always happy to help people when they are not of need of assistance, small shop but they have a good variety of services available for all car brands. Tires, brakes, service , depending on what size of tire you have they might be able to fit your car on the spot.

   My partner recently had her tyes replaced at Barnet Auto Centre. There were 2 tyres in total the mechanic replaced. The next day my partner calls me to say that her front tyre which had been replaced had gone flat once again, So, she had to go to another garage to look at her tyre to see what was going on . Barnet Auto had put the two new tyre on back to front and the front tyre have a faulty valve not a puncture . When my partner called them back to ask for a refund but the owner just blamed her driving for the tyre problem ..NOT GOOD!

   Don't even bother...they have customers all the time so they don't really care about your problems ...they ask me to show up at 2pm I left work earlier and then they said that they are to busy. Never again, one of the worst experience ever, the guy was laughing
