“My BMW 640i, originally went in for a major service + engine warning light. In short the engine had serious faults, which BMERC methodically took the time to diagnose one part at a time, ie rather than change a whole bunch of parts and not solve the issue. In the end, the engine was rebuilt with most components changed. BMERC always kept me in the loop, and sourced the best parts direct from the manufacturers. Interestingly I had a service done by a Volvo dealer just before and they claimed a fault on my car would fail the MOT - it turned out to be a nonexistent issue and the car rightly passed. “I'm a happy customer of a wrapped Range Rover Sport done in Matt Black. Wrapping Cars Ltd. has done a fantastic job with the car. The owner Mark is a nice guy who will personally do the main work on the car to deliver professional quality wrapping. I recommend doing the door shuts as well for your cars as it gives a complete makeover. Their prices and services are at par with any other top wrapping shop in the country but only with personal attention and great service. He went out of his way to fit us in at a convenient time for us and he completed the work in a very efficient manner. As we are new to the area we got 5 quotes, and his quote was by far the cheapest we received. I looked up the costs of the parts he used, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn he went for good quality parts, as opposed to cheap parts! He also took the initiative to fix something else, without charging anything extra... Overall, a reliable, hardworking and honest man. We will definitely use him going forward!”

“Went in on 25.02.2025 to have a punctured tyre fixed. The gentleman informed me that a small puncture can be fixed without replacing the tyre and the two prices. Having looked at the tyre and its condition, he told me that's better to replace than fixed. I had a looked qt the tyre and agreed with him. I asked him to at my other tyre (both rear) and it was as bad as the other even though the threads looks good. It's the split along the groove and ruts that told me to have it changed. He did not pressure me to change at any one time. A frank honest man!”

“I’ve always been a bit nervous when booking a taxi in the past. I’ve had experiences where the taxi didn’t turn up and left us wondering how are we going to get to where we need to go. Metro Radio Cars were superb. I booked a taxi to and from St Pancras a couple of weeks in advance. The operator was very friendly and diligent and I received a text message confirming the booking immediately. I called up a week later to adjust the booking, again no problem. On the day of travel, I received a text message in advance confirming the booking and that my taxi was en route. The driver, Wit, was fantastic, ever so friendly and helpful. My kids loved him. On the way home, same process and same driver! My kids were so pleased to see him! He helped with all our luggage and made a point of saying goodbye to the kids. What’s more the price was far more reasonable than many other taxi companies! Would definitely recommend!”
