Warning!, shocking! Do not come to this garage... I did some work, and a few months later, I called because it failed its MOT test with the same issues they fixed. They just put the phone down on me! Each time I call they just slam the phone down!
Have been a customer for well over fifteen years. I travel 20 miles, to go to Ebi Motors, because even though there are numerous garages much closer, I know I can trust Ebi Motors to do a great job, everytime. Great service! Had a minor problem with my car, they had a look and sorted it same day with no appointment. Joey was extremely helpful with making sure everything was fixed and ready to go. Would recommend!

I have discovered this garage about 3 years ago, and ever since I’ve been using them quite regular for service and MOT. They do what they promised to do, you get better value for your money when booking your MOT and service together: oil, tires, filters and a lot more.
Each member of my family experienced that their car performance improved after our cars were serviced at EBI garage all hybrid model. My Lexus RX450h bought from lexus garage nearly used but performance was was not as expected at that time. After EBI service its a joy to drive. Reliable garage and honest work. Absolutely no idea how they can have such good reviews. When I called I kept trying to say when were they free to pick up my car and oddly they kept asking when I wanted it, but also they could guarantee the time I wanted would be available...odd exchange bur finally came to an agreement it would be yesterday, Friday afternoon. After waiting in all afternoon, no call, just simply didn't come. Call again Saturday and they say, oh oops we were busy....okay (could have called) but they agreed to come specifically before midday Satirday and would call. Once again midday passes and we call up to be told 'don't put pressure on me' when we told them we couldn't simply wait In all day til they pull their finger out. Pathetic man, pathetic company, not the way you do business. Shocking really and no idea how they're surviving if that's how they treat people.
Genuine MOT checks are done here. Very friendly and professional service. I highly recommend this place and you will not be disappointed!
