The guys there are fantastic! We dropped by for an emergency issue and they solved it there and then, being extremely kind when we feared we might need to hand in the car for a couple of days. We recently brought a car from JJ Auto Solutions, unfortunately just before we due to go away for the weekend there was an issue likely caused by another garage who were carrying out a service of the gear box. John had the car collected, over 90 minutes away from his garage, repaired it and turned it around in less than one working day, he delivered it back at 20:00 that evening to ensure we could still go away that same evening. My family were very grateful and blown away by his efforts. The car now drives great and I only wish we were closer so we could use JJ Auto Solutions for any and all car related matters in the future. Amazing Service all round. Thank you again!
Absolutely superb service. My x5 broke down on the way to the airport and had it recovered to JJ Auto solutions. He took care and time to source the right part and fixed it at a very reasonable price. My car was cleaned inside and out before I picked it up which is a 1st for me. I found this extra touch fantastic. This garage is a little gem and I wished I lived closer so it would become my regular spot for servicing. If you are in the area definitely worth giving it a look. Known John for many years now, has dealt with my cars with no fails, he is fair and honest, I wouldn’t go anywhere else when it comes to véhicules, my husband brings his Bike here too and we are always happy with the work done. They are very friendly and easy to talk to.
What a find ! John, Maria and the team were so accomodating in fitting me in for my MOT in Potters Bar. The were quick and yet thorough . Very polite and professional in all aspects. I have used other garages before for my MOT when looking for a garage in Potters Bar and glad i found these guys. I would recommend to the rest of my family etc.
