Partner went to out of hours, staff were quick and polite sorted out his needs, parking outside even a disabled parking space.

They take your money for pharmaceuticals, arrange delivery without any notice and then claim they cannot give you the item that you'd paid for unless you retrieve them within a certain timeframe. This is NEVER explained to the patient and the attitude of the staff, when frustrated patients are EVENTUALLY informed of this, is poor. They kick the can down the road for manager, conveniently not in when complaints are being raised. They also don't keep reliable and accessible records, and this further inconveniences patients. They want to start a policy of proper record keeping and engage is clearer communication with patients. This complaint may also be submitted to the CQC as if this is a standard practice, many hundreds of people are likely being disappointed, treated poorly, having their time wasted and left without items they have PAID for. I have attended this surgery since I was born but the poor service and process is really beyond acceptable

The receptionist is so rude. She doesn't know how to communicate. First of all they put on the waiting for more than 10 minutes and then they show roughness. Why I'm supposed to discuss my problem with a receptionist?? If I've a health issue that's the reason of calling and making an appointment. Your job is to give us appointment that's it. We know how to talk and if needed can rebook. Stop being mean and rude.

I went in to collect my asthma inhalers today and found out the Dr had blocked my inhalers that I need on a daily basis, due to not going for my asthma review. My inhalers are about to run out and the next available appointment is over 2 weeks away! Apparently the Dr has a duty of care and the best case of action is to not prescribe the medication that I have been taking for 43 years and leave me without medication that I need to take daily for over 2 weeks. Amazing duty of care guys!

I have never seen the worst help in a GP so far!!! They don't answer the phone, ignore patients, and those they help are probably according to their opinion. As if other patients didn't deserve help. The ladies at the reception are very unpleasant, and it is very likely that they write good opinions about a job well done. This can be seen from a distance and in the content of the comments they issue. Not blaming the doctors, of course. When will be normal?

I have been a patient at this practice for over 30 years but have not used it much until recently as I have been diagnosed with Type2 diabetes. I find the receptionists friendly and helpful. Dr Chander is very good. He listens and explains everything very well. Yvonne; the nurse practitioner at Little London Surgery is a real angel with a great sense of humour, she is clearly interested in medicine, appropriate treatments and the well-being of her patients. Speak as I find, I think the practice is very good.
